Podcast: Taking the “Outlandish” Out of Eating Well

Nov 11, 2025 | Blog Posts

A couple weeks ago I joined Easton Gladney on his podcast, Value Squared that is directed at people in the digital world. We talked about Meal Making Transformation in the context of today’s work culture which, sadly, is pretty much antagonistic to healthy living. I shared a story from my time volunteering with a workplace wellness organization and how shifting workplace culture parallels the shift needed in our entire food culture.

That shift, of course, is what Meal Making Transformation is all about: shifting our thinking to take the “outlandish” out of making time and exerting energy to eat for health and live well. Take a listen here.

From Easton: “Mary’s passion for promoting healthy eating and transforming the culture around nutrition is truly inspiring! Her dedication to spreading awareness and encouraging positive lifestyle changes makes a lasting impact on everyone she reaches.”
